How to Lose Weight in One Week
Most people want to have losing weight rapidly. However, the question most people forget to ask is exactly how fast. So basically, without putting the health at risk, just how much weight can a person lose?

Wednesday
Fruits, vegetables and soup should be eaten on the third day except for baked potatoes.
Day Four
On the fourth day, you can only eat bananas. You can eat about eight pieces evenly distributed throughout the day. As usual, the amount of soup you can eat is unlimited.
Fifth Day
On the fifth day, you can start eating fish or skinless chicken or around 30 ounces. Evenly distributed throughout the day are six tomatoes that you can eat at leisure. The soup must only be eaten once today and eight glasses of water steadily consumer the whole day.
Day Six
You can only eat soup once on this day. Your diet should consist of beef and vegetables while staying clear off baked potatoes.
Day Seven of Diet
On the last day, you can now upgrade to eating brown rice and as much vegetables as you want. Still, water will be your drink of choice.

However, it would b ideal for you to first seek the opinion of a nutritionist before signing up for the soup diet. Keep in mind that although it might sound easy, the soup diet restricts your normal eating habits. Still, if you manage to stick to it, then expect to lose a few pounds after the seven days. I already lost 40 pounds and have to lose 25 more.. ive remained the exact bodyweight since june but i cant find motivation to start up again.
