Fitness experts suggest that doing aerobic exercise in the morning is the best way to go. They say morning is the best time to do cardio exercises because it is the time when carbohydrates at a minimum due to less food consumption the night before. If you are doing weight training though, you can do an aerobics exercise after that since you have depleted much of the carbs in your body.

As a quick weight loss exercise, aerobics comes in many forms such as jogging, stair climbing, cycling, brisk walking and treadmill exercises. Choose the one that suits your body best and do it on a regular basis to see results instantly.
