"I use my tracker faithfully. I've only been here a week, but I come on every day and fill it in. When I want to eat something junk food (like the mr. goodbars and other chocolate that sit on a co-worker's desk "for all of us" yep.. she's thin as a rail) I think to myself.. "ooohhhh, I REALLY don't want to write that in my tracker!" so it helps me to not eat the candy, or at least not eat so much. All of the message boards inspire me too.
