I wouldn’t as a rule comment to someone’s blog however I liked this post so I felt forced to do so. Straying off topic slightly, what are your views about walking? Which is generally being put forward as the best exercise to burn fat.

I would love to know the work out and excercise that you did. Also how you rebooted your brain so to speak I used to weight 189 pounds and I am 6’1. Now I am almost 300 lbs I guess that is what happens when you get married anyway I would love to lose this weight. I just recently quit smoking so if I can get this weight down I will be golden.
